We are casting teens between the ages of 12 to 17 from all across Nigeria. Whether you are a scripture scholar or just have a competitive heart and a love for the Word, there is a place for you on the floor.

Everything you need to know
Contestants must be between 12 and 17 years old at the time of filming. All applications must be submitted by a parent or legal guardian.
Absolutely. A certified Child Welfare Officer is present at all times. A licensed medic is on set, and no contestant is on set for more than 7 hours. Appropriate footwear is required for the LED floor in Round 1.
Light Quest has three rounds: Book Run (identify Bible books on a LED floor), Verse Build (drag-and-drop scrambled verse tiles), and Light Tower (strategic wagering). Contestants earn Light Tokens in each round.
The Episode Champion wins their final token count × ₦10,000. Any player who reaches 50+ tokens also wins a Light Tower Prize (tokens × ₦6,000). A champion with 50+ tokens earns both prizes.
Parents submit an online application including the teen's details, a self-assessed Bible knowledge level, and optionally a short video and photo. Our casting team reviews all applications and contacts shortlisted families directly.
Light Quest is filmed in a purpose-built studio in Lagos, Nigeria, with a full LED floor, Light Towers, and broadcast-quality cameras.
Questions are drawn from commonly studied versions including NIV, NKJV, and ESV. Contestants can answer using any standard translation — the focus is on knowledge of Scripture, not a specific version.
